Bloxors: Roll a Block Into the Hole
Bloxors, created by Damien Clarke and released in August 2007, is one of the best known logic puzzles from the Flash era. A rectangular block sits on a floating platform, and your task is to roll it across the tiles until it drops neatly into a square hole. It sounds simple, but the shape of the block turns every level into a real puzzle.
How to Play Bloxors
Roll the block one step at a time with the arrow keys. When it stands upright it covers a single tile, and when it lies flat it covers two. That difference decides which paths are possible and which ones send the block tumbling off the edge. Later levels add switches, bridges and fragile tiles that need careful handling.
Tips for Better Results
- Picture where the block will land before every roll.
- Remember that an upright block needs just one safe tile.
- Look for switches early, because they often open shorter routes.
- Restart a level as soon as you realise you are stuck.
Who Will Enjoy It
Bloxors suits patient players who enjoy spatial reasoning. It starts gently and becomes genuinely challenging, making it a satisfying puzzle to work through.
