1v1.LOL: Shoot, Build and Outplay Your Opponent
1v1.LOL, from JustPlay.LOL and released in May 2020, is a third person shooter built around a twist: you can build structures in the middle of a fight. Walls, ramps and platforms appear instantly at the press of a key, so a battle is as much about controlling space as it is about aiming. Alongside the classic battle royale, there are training courses and other maps, which makes it easy to practise before facing real opponents.
How to Play 1v1.LOL
Move with WASD, jump with the space bar and turn with the mouse. Left click shoots or places building material, right click aims, and number keys or certain letters switch between weapons and building pieces. Esc pauses the game. The best players combine the two skills: a quick wall blocks incoming fire, and a ramp gives you the height advantage you need to win the exchange.

- Learn the building keys in practice mode before entering a match.
- Build a wall the moment you take damage, then return fire from cover.
- Take the high ground with ramps; shooting downward is easier.
